Transparent

Transparent

“We’ll make it big, you’ll see!” A voice echoed in the distance.

I shivered under the tiny umbrella I had for shelter, water hiked its way up my shoes, my socks, my tattered tights and onto my thigh. My hat and scarf left my cheeks open to the storm’s assault as it bit at my flesh poking out of my fingerless gloves.

An Essay involving alan watts

The universe is just there: it neither has nor needs an explanation.

The argument for the explanation of the universe being so vital to our culture is human curiosity. We need to know because we are biologically driven to know the cause of things, so we can better understand their effect. Take venom for example.

a politicial drabble

Change. The world has become rather stale, familiar, and as has been said before, familiarity breeds contempt, hostility.

a reply to mic.com's: "hellblade"

A reply to Mic.com’s: ‘Hellblade’ tries to show the real experience of psychosis – but ends up using it as a plot device.

This is an entirely subjective piece by piece breakdown of why I think this article is wrong in many ways, due to lack of research or simple disagreement. This is in no way objective, nor do I state that any of my opinions are factual, they are just based on fact.

A disdain for the rational and reserved

Charlottesville was a horrific display of human conflict, and the sensationalism of extreme views. The pendulum always swings left, to right to left, to right in politics, but disparity of this scale has rarely, if ever, been seen.

little hearts

Little hearts.

In the midst of colour, in flurries of motion, little hearts bounce across the woodland landscape. Deep in Canada, in the lush green of tall trees and small bushes, these creatures stay hidden, fearful of the modern world and the giant apes that now rule it.

my petition

I’m a 20 year old British male student, with a huge passion for politics. After deciding that the media lies for money, and has little reason to be trusted, I began to do my own research into events, whether it be my own viewing of aritcles from multiple sources, using other’s more trustworthy research such as Tim Pool and Sargon of Akkad, or looking at events knowing that the media is pushing a narrative.

Rustic rain

I wanted to write something about guilt that takes queues from great actions scenes like that in John Wick, but I don’t think it turned out that great… It’sa bit of a gore fest with some extreme themes, taken from the likes of Metal Gear Solid V.

A rant on recent advertisements

A riot over a soda, or a discussion over a beer. – Rant, less structured than my other political posts.

Both big brands Heineken and Pepsi brought out political commercials in the last month to as usual advertise their products, but also to be ‘in with the news’ and show that they are aware of current events. From a business standpoint, it’s a big risk.

A mweeh and her boy

The Mweeh and her boy.

The Mweeh was most certainly an odd creature, a small, purplish blob that followed entities of conflict. Whether that be physical, such as warfare, or contradictions such as the bible.
